NEW Bus Forms

If you would like to have your child ride on a bus they are not assigned to, you must complete a form that is signed by the legal guardian of the child and the principal PRIOR to the child riding on the bus.  The signed document must be presented to the bus driver or the request will be denied. Forms can be found on the school website under DOCUMENTS.
